This event provides practical ideas and highlights what is good, safe and effective practice, to support, enable, encourage and equip charity trustees, officers, key volunteers and everyone involved with charity management, finance and administration.

It also provides an opportunity to celebrate the work of Quartet Community Foundation (charity no: 1080418), helping people support causes they care for in our community.

  • Public, internal and regulatory relationships – do we need a culture shift?
  • Improving challenging relationships (an opportunity to reflect and share ideas, facilitated by our guest speakers)
  • Social investment – the fundamentals, the opportunities and the experiences to date
