If you haven’t checked out how prayer spaces work and how they serve schools you can do that here: www.prayerspacesinschools.com

Children and young people are innately curious about life. Growing up raises lots of questions, some to do with their experience, both the good and the bad, and some to do with their sense of wonder at the universe we live in and whether there is more to life than meets the eye.

Well over 4000 prayer spaces have now happened in primary and secondary schools and FE colleges with at least 1.5 million children and young people having used a prayer space during their school day. They are welcoming to students of all faiths and none – and can be called Soul Space, Reflection Space, Quiet Space or anything appropriate!

This session will be free, practical and interactive. Do come along if you’re interested in finding out what’s involved in hosting a prayer space – there will be a prayer space for you to try out - and feel free to forward this to anyone you know who might be interested.

Take care,
Liz and Jane
