emergency appeal breakthrough

An EMERGENCY APPEAL like no other...

COVID-19 is impacting everyone’s mental health. But we are still open.
We're working non-stop to keep our services to vulnerable people going throughout the lockdown and provide a safety net for those who are struggling.

But the demand is growing every day, as many (including frontline NHS staff) are feeling the emotional impact of the crisis. We need to keep our services running, but also expand our therapy team so we can help those traumatised by living and working through this crisis who will need help for the months and years to come.

We’ll be setting up a specialist service for local NHS & Ambulance staff, through therapist-led weekly support groups for those emotionally affected by the pandemic, offering a safe space to share their experiences together and process the trauma.

We're also offering new online therapeutic support groups and training to provide ongoing help for the increasing numbers of people reaching out to us.

But we need your help to do it ...

We urgently need to raise £25,000 in the next 6 weeks, not just to help us keep our vital services going, but to fund extra therapy staff time so we can respond to the increasing demand and meet the need - it's a BIG number (a very daunting one for our team), but a necessary one, and one we can only do together.

Please help us be there.
