I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.’ (Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV) Lord God, thank you for the reminder of ‘renewal’ that the spring season represents. You “spring forth” a new thing! We are excited and expectant of your goodness as we look forward to spring. Thank you, Lord God! Prepare us for all the new and wonderful things you have for our lives. Help us to let go of the old things that hold us back, the things that do not bring life, the things that keep us living in the past. Let us cling to our new identity in Christ. Help us to keep “springing forward in our journey with you. Amen.
