Join us again as we meet together to pray for the situation in Ukraine. We have been hosting fortnightly prayer gatherings each Wednesday at lunchtime and we would love it if you could join us to hold this crisis in prayer.
We are meeting this Wednesday, 11th May at 12:30 pm on Zoom to pray for our partners who are supporting the relief work and to provide you with any updates that you can pray into. We look forward to some of our partners joining us too.

Thanks to hundreds of donations being made to TEN's Crisis Fund, more than £75,000 has been sent to enable partners to meet the many urgent needs of refugees, including medical supplies, sanitary products, mattresses, food and transportation. TEN's Crisis Fund www.ukrainecrisis.org.uk has already raised over £120,000 enabling grants to be made quickly to assist TEN's partners on the frontline of support for refugees. TEN is at an exciting point of growth. We are looking to develop our team. We are inviting applications for the positions of Finance Administrator and Mission Engagement Worker at Transform Europe Network. We need people with the right skills but most importantly, the right character.

Last month, we were joined by friends from across the country, in person and online, as we marked thirty years of Harvest for the Hungry together. It was a really special time of hearing about how God has used this appeal to reach people with not just food for today but the bread of life for eternity.
We had both UK supporters and partners share just why Harvest is so important to God's Kingdom work. Thank you to all of you who joined us at Crofts End Church and those of you who watched online. It was wonderful to be together and to praise God for all he is doing.

We report on the amazing response of TEN's partners in Romania and Moldova who are reaching out to refugees fleeing the conflict in Ukraine and attempting to reach the borders of friendly nations. There are stories of refugees being taken from the border crossings to safe accommodation with Christian families, and locally sponsored hotel rooms. Efforts are being made to bring medical and food supplies into the Odesa region of Ukraine thanks to local pastors who remain in the country.
In Moldova, the evangelical churches are all working together to offer support to refugees. Beginning of Life organisation in Chisinau is working alongside the government to process thousands of refugees, offering short-term accommodation and providing day camps for many children.
TEN has launched a Crisis Fund www.ukrainecrisis.org.uk and already raised over £45,000 enabling grants to be made quickly to assist TEN's partners on the frontline of support for refugees.

Within days of the Russian invasion of neighbouring Ukraine, our Partners in south-east Romania and Moldova began to put plans into place to offer help for thousands fleeing the armed conflict. Churches are working together offering food and shelter to the many women and children who carry barely a suitcase and wearing their only clothes. Christians are working alongside non-believers in a great outpouring of loving support.
