Bristol Churches City Fund grant opens applications for food poverty/food insecurity organisations
The Bristol Churches City Fund is pleased to announce the opening for applications for grants in the range of £1,000 to £10,000 to organisations working in and around food poverty/food insecurity.
Food poverty, and the broader issue of food insecurity, have been a sad reality for many in Bristol, with numbers increasing in recent years. The emerging Cost-of-Living crisis puts further ongoing pressure on many people's lives across the city.
Applications at this stage must be for support or relating to food issues (e.g. projects for providing food for those in need) and must be from organisations that share the Christian Ethos on social action.
Funds could be released as soon as mid-December, and the deadline for completed applications is Sunday, 13th Nov.

The Bristol Churches City Fund (BCCF) is a platform to encourage the Christian community to donate finances to critical needs in Bristol. Donations come from across the city to support projects and initiatives, which are then granted strategically and targeted to deliver the most significant positive impact.
