Since we launched our flagship Mentoring Programme in 2021, we're proud we've supported 17 young people with a passion for their faith & media.
They've seized great media opportunities from climate activism journalism to producing radio shows & growing their media-related businesses. 
They're part of our Christians in Media alumni family & we're looking for the next cohort of talented young people to join them.

Our Mentoring Programme not only gives young people between the ages of 18-25 the capability and industry knowledge needed to develop their career. But it combines this with crucial guidance about how to navigate a broadly secular industry as a person of faith.

We have an amazing group of seasoned media professionals who are committed to supporting their mentee over a six month period. And a great team, who through activities equip our mentees with practical skills. Throughout all of this friendships are formed, as Max Avard said, ‘I loved the confidence it gave me, the spiritual input as well and just being around a community of other Christians who are going after the same thing was amazing.’ 

We can't wait to see what the Lord will do in the lives of those who join us this year; Steve Cox, our Chair of Trustees says: 'It's so exciting to see young Christian men and women passionate about their faith, and passionate about serving God in this crucial area of public life. We long to see them flourish in their faith and be influential for the Kingdom.'
