Don't Forget! TEN Connect Magazine - Living Hope
Christ is risen indeed - hallelujah! Welcome to April's edition of Connect magazine and happy Easter!
Spring is here (honestly!) Our theme for our April Connect magazine is 'Living Hope'. James Vaughton has summed up why in his welcome (pg3): 'True hope cannot be based on past success, dead heroes of the faith or future optimism. 'Living' is present, and the truth is that we can be a people of hope because the source, Jesus Christ, is alive and at work now.'
Read on for stories of lives transformed by our Living Hope - thirty years of Good News Church in Croatia, a family brought to faith and restoration through Rainbow Rehabilitation Centre in Serbia, and education for marginalised Roma children in Bulgaria. God bless you and encourage you.

Over the past two years, the cost of living here in the UK has risen sharply, but in Eastern Europe and the Balkans, our partners reported that food, heating and fuel doubled in price in months. The invasion of Ukraine and the international sanctions on Russia only escalated those increases.
This spring, we have launched our Wellspring Appeal as a direct response to the continuing cost-of-living crisis.
Our Wellspring Appeal is about sustaining life through practical support and blessing our partners through prayer so they can overflow with hope. We want to bless our partners so they can continue to bless others.
Because our Wellspring Appeal is about prayer as well as practical support, we have included a special prayer card. We would be so encouraged if you can commit to praying for our partners so they overflow with hope. Click the button below to download your copy.

Walk the Balkans 2023 Challenge!
This year, we are walking 300 miles to raise money and to encourage you to pray for three specific nations where protestant Christians are a very small minority.
Our goal is to raise between £5K-£10K through our sponsored Walk the Balkans Challenge, and we would love for you to take part with us.
Our virtual route starts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, journeys through Montenegro and finishes in Kosovo. You can walk, jog or cycle, take part as a team or walk with a friend. You can even join James Vaughton as he takes part in a trek to climb Musala in Bulgaria, the highest mountain in the Balkans - places are limited though!
We hope you are truly blessed and encouraged as you read CONNECT.
Thank you so much for your support - you really make a difference.
