Dear praying friends,

Happy New Year!

It’s been exciting to see prayer groups and schools work trusts gather around the nation and pray and support their local schools. Bigger gatherings have taken place in the autumn and we believe God is on the move encouraging us to pray. 

Jesus told his disciples to “ Pray and never become discouraged” Luke 18 v 1 (Good News Bible, the Youth Edition). We pray that God has been encouraging you with answered prayers and supportive pray-ers.

Love our Schools is taking place from 4th to 18th February. How do you support your schools? New resources and prayers are available here including a poster with 14 ways to bless our schools practically and through prayer. 

Prayer Resources and Prayer Zooms

Following a great day of prayer in November the prayer resources complied by the National Day of Prayer for Schools (NDOPFS) Team can be downloaded here

We have a number of Prayer Zooms planned for this term which you are welcome to join 

• Chaplaincy Zoom with Centre for Chaplaincy in Education:  Wednesday 24th January 1pm Register here

• PFS Wales are praying on Zoom on Monday 5th February at 7.30pm. Register here
