Further details:

The Bristol & South Gloucestershire Trussell Trust food banks are organising and supporting hustings in constituencies around Bristol and South Gloucestershire!
People in our area are struggling to pay for the essentials they need to live. The social security systems set up to protect them aren’t able to provide for their basic needs.

This shouldn’t be the case.

We have invited the local Parliamentary Candidates to join us to discuss what they, if elected, will do to tackle the root causes of poverty and food bank use.

This is your chance to hear directly from the electoral candidates, engage in a lively discussion, ask questions, and hear about their plans to support people in the community.

Being Planned

Peter Cook () at Hanham Baptist Church is thinking about organising a husting meeting. They are in the new constituency, North East Somerset and Hanham; they have written emails to Jacob Rees-Mogg and Dan Norris, but heard nothing back yet.
