Noise 365 Update (Including New Training)

August 2024

Bristol Noise charity's vision is to inspire you, and other Christians across our city, with how we can all be showing God's love in practical ways throughout the year. Noise 365 is a resource to channel the stories, ideas and learning we find across our city and further afield as we seek to do just that. Please check out our website here for more details.

We have been busy supporting practical projects in Downend and Fishponds with teams from Christ Church and Life Church; have lent equipment to support Community Church in Southmead with a community fun day; and have resourced Flourish Framework with equipment they needed for a community garden clear up day. It has been incredibly encouraging to see so much practical work going on in various parts of the city over the Summer, seeing countless individuals positively impacted.

Moving into the Autumn, we are looking forward to bringing together different churches, organisations and volunteer groups to do practical projects and run a community event in Knowle West. We also are continuing to work on the most effective ways of resourcing groups or individuals with what they need to reach their communities- we are doing this by running a couple more sessions for skills based training, and getting ready to launch an updated version of our website, where we will have resources available to download.

If you want to join in and partner with any of this, or explore ways to see projects or events happening in your area, then please get in touch.

Below are some ways you can stay connected with what's next.

286 Filton Avenue, Horfield, BS7 0BA

We are really excited to help you plan for Christmas this year! We believe that learning from one another is not just encouraging, but can be highly productive too. Have you ever wondered how to plan a carol event for the community, or a senior’s Christmas meal for members of your neighbourhood? Then come along to hear from people who have been doing this consistently over the years, and walk away with a practical guide so you can give it a try too. What better way to make a positive noise in your community this Christmas?

Following the final Noise event, we need your help personally or as a church to be able grow into our new Noise 365 vision. As you will probably appreciate, there is not much 'people resource' behind Bristol Noise charity but some very committed volunteers who give a lot of time.

If you are able to help financially, then please check out our website -
