People are the lifeblood of inHope’s work. A team of 40 staff and around 300 volunteers enable the charity to provide food, shelter and housing, teach life-skills and help to develop the employability of people experiencing insecurities such as homelessness, hunger or abuse.
InHope is looking for a People Team Leader to manage HR and volunteering within the charity. In this role you'll be at the forefront of implementing HR processes that enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency. You’ll be managing our volunteering processes with the Investing in Volunteers framework, working alongside managers to ensure that volunteers have a rewarding experience whilst making a meaningful contribution. And you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day safeguarding. You will be a person-centred HR or Volunteer Management practitioner motivated by seeing people thrive in their role whilst maintaining clear policy and practices.

• Salary: £30,000 FTE pa, paid pro-rata.
