Equipping leaders. Transforming cities.
Jan–Dec 2026
-
How do I balance my call to transform the city with all my other roles and responsibilities?
-
How can churches in my city collaborate with civic leaders for real social, spiritual, and cultural transformation?
-
What does it take to lead a City Movement that will outlast me?
-
How can I lead other leaders towards unity in my city without putting myself at the centre?
If these questions resonate with you, we urge you to join the City Leaders training programme starting in January 2026.
Churches and Christian leaders are a phenomenal asset to every city, as they are woven into the fabric of society. Imagine if your leadership skills were honed and ready to make a difference by working collaboratively with other like-minded, servant-hearted leaders in your place. We believe God wants to see us mature into this much-needed new paradigm of leadership.

-
Understand the call to servant-hearted systems leadership in the Christian context

Leadership at the Threshold
2 December 2025
We are living at a threshold movement where we leave the known context and transition into an unknown, uncharted missional journey. With a growing “quiet revival” happening alongside the rise of Christian nationalism and high levels of poverty in our nation, God is clearly doing a new thing!
This is a threshold point - this is a pivotal moment in history where we are shifting from the old to the new. Our ways of leading need to adapt and change to be ready for this incredible new thing God is doing.
Leadership at the Threshold is one step towards being ready to lead in a new way to match this incredible moment in history.
During the event, we will:
-
Understand the changing spiritual landscape in contemporary Britain
-
Discuss the need for leaders to keep their eyes fixed on Christ in a turbulent environment
-
Learn from similar threshold moments in history
-
Discover the opportunities and challenges of leadership in this new context
If you are an existing unity leader, a young or emerging leader in your city or town, or you just want to understand what it means to lead these days, this event is for you.
Come and be up-skilled in your leadership for this threshold moment in history. |

Our Vision is to see a unified Church working together across every city and town, to see social, cultural and spiritual transformation across the UK. We are grateful to God for how far the Movement has come but we still have a long way to go.
Could you, or your unity group, help us to deliver this vision by becoming a Gather Movement Supporter?
