WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA?It’s no surprise that the heart of Gather Movement is unity. We love to come together with others who share that passion for God’s kingdom and a vision of social, cultural and spiritual transformation of our places.
But we don’t just come together because we think it’s a great idea, not even because we can see that unity makes a difference. We come together in oneness because it’s a command straight from the heart of God.
That’s why we’ve chosen ONE LOVE as our theme for this year. Because it’s more than strategy or togetherness or change, it’s about bringing ourselves deep into the heart of God. It’s about unity as a foundation, unity with a centre and unity with overflow.
COME TO THE SUMMIT TO:
- Connect with unity movements from across the UK and be inspired by their stories and progress.
- Discover practical tools and strategies you can take back to your city and put into action.
- Let this Summit ignite fresh momentum for social, cultural, and spiritual transformation where you are.

WHAT'S IN THE PROGRAMME?Here are the timings of the Summit: |
|
Monday 8th
- 9:30 onwards – registration
- 10:00 – 17:00 and 19:30 – 21:15
|
|
| We’ve got 3 big themes which we’ll be exploring in the main sessions. We’ll be hearing from speakers and panels and worshipping and praying together too. |
|
|
| Between the main sessions we’ve got an incredible list of Seminars available where you’ll be sure to find topics which connect with the needs of your place. Our Seminars are led by experienced organisations and practitioners, so you can dive into the nitty gritty and ask all your tough questions. |
|
|
| Of course we’ll have times of refreshment and networking where you can meet up with old friends and get to know new people. These relational times often spark incredible follow ups and connections between groups which we could never engineer. So watch out for the God moments even as you grab your cuppa! |

SUMMIT PRAYER POINTS We’d love you to stand with us in prayer over the next month as we finalise all the details and logistics for this time together. Here are a few points to help you pray:
- Pray for a deep sense of ONE LOVE to be rooted in the hearts of the Summit team and for all those who will be attending
- Pray for protection on health and travel for all those involved
- Pray for a blessing on all the partners and contributors as they prepare what God has called them to share at the Summit
- Pray for the operational details of registrations, set up, printing, refreshments, audio visuals, partner stands etc.
- Pray that our nation will be blessed through the spirit of unity and collaboration which can flow through the Body of Christ
|
|
HOW CAN MY TEAM PREPARE?
- Make the calls: talk to one another and try to bring a team of leaders who can maximise the usefulness of this summit and bring back all the learnings and inspiration for the rest of the team.
- Include emerging leaders: This is a great opportunity to bring younger leaders, women leaders, sphere leaders who could catch a deeper vision for unity and transformation at the summit.
- Pray and discern: Have a look at the programme and prayerfully discern how you can be strategic with your team as you attend different breakout sessions, sit in table discussions and interact with other teams and leaders.
- Think ahead: Take time to consider what you’re hoping to take away from the Summit; what will really empower you for the next steps in your city, borough or town?
