Ladies - An event you won’t want to miss!

Grab your friends and come and join us on 6th November, 7.30pm for a unique event for women featuring wellness advice, physiotherapist talk, fashion show, laughter and pampering!

We would love you to come and join us for this event which is being held on Friday 6th November, 7.30pm at our base here in Thornbury.  If you live far away, do feel free to pass it on to anyone who lives closer to us to come along. Nancy will be speaking on laughter, we have a fashion show with clothes from Phase Eight and Hobbs, a local physio and nutritionist talking about how to best help your body at different ages and stages of life and Zoe will be taking us through some pampering and wellbeing.
