Operations Lead/Manager: World Sport Ministries (WSM)

World Sport Ministries (WSM) are looking for a locally based Operations Lead / Manager to aid the growth of their work in serving churches and reaching communities.

This is a 4 day a week role (30 hours).

This exciting and pivotal role is to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organisational management across both GET Sported & World Sport Ministries.
This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day operations, supporting ministry growth, strengthening organisational systems, and enabling teams to deliver high-impact programs that advance our mission.

You will work closely with executive leadership, ministry leaders, staff, volunteers, and key stakeholders to develop scalable systems, foster organisational effectiveness, and support the long-term sustainability and growth of both components of the ministry.
